Since the stations are close together, you can easily cover all the major spots in a single day. We strongly recommend the Enoden one-day ticket called Nori Ori Kun (のりおりくん).
And in 2026 it costs 800 yen for adults and 400 yen for children.
You can get on and off at any station as many times as you like. Considering that riding between just two or three stations can quickly add up, this pass is an absolute steal!

– The Sea –
No trip to Kamakura is complete without enjoying the sea. One of the most popular places in summer for day trips is Yuigahama. This beach is known for its excellent facilities including rental shops for floats, beach umbrellas, etc. as well as clean bathrooms. You can also enjoy seafood at the many restaurants here. During the swimming season in Japan, there are professional life guards patrolling the beach making this place relatively safe.

If you don’t like too many people, but just want to take a quiet look at the sea, we recommend getting off at either Inamuragasaki, Shichirigahama or Kamakurakokomae Station. Between these three stations, there are few people because as there is no seaside facilities. So you can enjoy the sea peacefully without too much noise.

If you walk to Kamakurakokomae station, you will immediately remember a scene with this backdrop from Slam Dunk.
