Ryubo Industry Ltd. has announced that the limited-time “Chiikawa Bakery OKINAWA POP UP SHOP” will make its Okinawa debut at the 6th-floor event hall from October 1 (Thu) to October 12 (Mon), 2026.
Following smash-hit openings at Tokyu Plaza Omotesando “OMOKADO” in Tokyo and “KITTE Osaka,” the official Chiikawa-themed bakery has captured hearts across Japan. Now, for the first time, the beloved bakery’s original breads and exclusive merchandise are heading to Ryubo Department Store—the only department store in Okinawa Prefecture!
This pop-up features character-shaped artisan toast loaves alongside a wide assortment of bakery-exclusive merchandise. Even better, fans can look forward to a special regional treat: the Okinawa-exclusive “Chiikawa Toast (Okinawan Brown Sugar),” baked with rich, aromatic local brown sugar.
