Delicious Flavors of Hokkaido at Ramen Teshikaga Nagashima

Tired after shopping? It’s time to recharge with some delicious food! Located on the second floor of the Park Side Area, the food court here offers a spacious and modern design.

Many of the seating areas are equipped with power outlets, making it perfect for today’s visitors.

This time, we recommend the popular ramen from Hokkaido—”Ramen Teshikaga”!

Ramen Teshikaga comes from eastern Hokkaido and is known for using high-quality local ingredients from the region.

All the ingredients are directly shipped from their main store, ensuring that the authentic taste is preserved. Even though you’re in Mie, you can still enjoy authentic Hokkaido ramen.

When you visit, be sure to try their most popular dish, “Miso Ramen with Grilled Chashu.” Using Hokkaido’s unique miso, the broth is carefully cooked to create a rich and deep flavor.

The tender, seasoned pork adds even more enjoyment—truly a taste of Hokkaido in a bowl of ramen!

For those who prefer shoyu (soy sauce) flavor, don’t miss the “Shoyu Ramen with Seafood Broth.”

This ramen is made with plenty of katsuobushi (dried bonito flakes) from Hokkaido, giving it a strong and layered umami taste of the sea. It’s one of the best expressions of Hokkaido’s delicious flavors that you can enjoy!

In addition to ramen, they also serve “Zangi,” a special fried chicken from Hokkaido. The name “Zangi” comes from Mandarin, meaning fried chicken.

Try the “Zangi Miso,” which is chicken marinated in special miso seasoning—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and perfect to enjoy with a bowl of ramen.

For those who prefer lighter flavors, there’s also the option of “Shio Ramen with Clam Broth.”

The broth is made by slowly simmering clam stock, creating a balanced salty flavor with a natural sweetness from the seafood. This is another must-try Hokkaido ramen variant!

Tax Refund Tips for More Savings!

If you want to save more while shopping, don’t forget to handle your tax refund at the tax refund counter located on the first floor, near the Round Plaza and food truck area!

Documents you’ll need for the tax refund process are: • Original purchase receipt

  • Purchased items
  • Passport
  • Passport holder (yourself)
  • Some stores may also ask for a “credit card signature” during the tax refund process.
